Instructions for use

1.Confirm whether the pull bolt specification on the dynamometer corresponds to the specification of the four claws.

 

2. After wiping the tension gauge and the taper of the front end of the spindle, hold the tension gauge.

correctness of the measured data, the tension meter must be used in the case of pre-tensioning.

The impact of abnormal pull value

1. If the pull value is too large:
It is easy to cause damage to the broach mechanism claw and the shank pull pin.
 

2.If the pull value is too small:
When the spindle broach is rotated, the inner claw cannot grasp the bolt due to insufficient pulling force. At this time, when the machining is easy, the spindle that is rotated by the shank is thrown out, which is likely to cause operator injury, and the accuracy of the spindle and the sheet metal of the machine bed are damaged.
