Dust Chip Extracting Nut Principles and Advantages:
1, The cyclone dust twister nut is a high-performance dust and chip extraction tool. The dust extracting nut creates additional suction from its spiral design, which helps create a cyclone effect which evacuates chip and dust from the workpiece surface to your CNC's dust collection hood.
2, Assemble directly on the collet chuck instead of the standard nut. Replacing standard or ball-bearing nuts, the twister nut tightens collets into the chuck clamping down on the cnc router bit.
3, the twister creates a powerful vacuum drawing chips and dust off the surface of the material and directly into your CNC extraction system.
4, Remove dust and chips effectively also allows you to cut cooler. This will not only extend tool life but produce a finer finish. It reduces dust in your production line and improves the life of your tools, reducing heat buildup and giving a better air quality to your facility. It is best fuction to work with up-cut spiral router bits.
5, The dust & chip extraction nut is especially recommended when cutting materials like chipboard, MDF, particle board and coated panels.
