The clamping device of the American quick-change tool holder uses an eccentric shaft to put the two shells together. The tool holder is provided with a circular hole to fit the arc columns at both ends of the shell. The eccentric shaft is rotated by the handle to open the shell to fix the clamping tool holder. Although the main tool body can only hold one tool holder at a time, this design makes up for this defect to a certain extent through high-precision repeated positioning and forty stations of horizontal rotation, so that the American quick-change tool holder can complete a variety of cutting tasks efficiently and accurately.
